AFIO dt series mixing equipment are specifically designed for vinegar process plants and wine industries.
These mixers are equipped of an air hole blow in oxygen in the product (particular phase of fermentation process) and its impeller has been especially studied to favour the air product distribution.

Antico Olindo and Cesare staff also have extensive experience in supplying complete documentation (Manufacturer Data Book, Inspection Book, Vendor Manual) in accordance with the standards and requirements of leading engineering and contractors companies, as well as providing the usual information and instructions for correct use of the machines, from preventive storage to definitive storage - even under special conditions - from assembly to startup.
Antico Olindo and Cesare can also arrange and organize, where required by the customer, seminars on their products and basic maintenance training at their own facility in Bareggio.
