SUBMERSIBLE MIXERS HIGH FLOW TYPE
Submersible mixers are equipment suitable to help recirculation of large biological masses and sludge elimination in waste water field inside WWTP basins. Thanks to their application on the side of wall basin, SUBMIX provides for a permanent flow with horizontal velocity, thus preventing sedimentation.
These mixers achieve a high thrust while energy consumption is kept to minimum. Sometimes they can be installed in pre-aeration treatment tanks or in silted-up basins where alternative of top entry are not possible.
In other cases they cooperate to a fine distribution of biomass in those basins already equipped with floating high speed aerators preventing sedimentation helping to keep denitrification bacteria in movement.
The SUBMIX are very good auxiliary systems when you need to mix sewage in deep basins, they can be added to low speed aerators too to reach a good mixing dispersion.

- external safe-motor device and thermal protection
- watertight terminal box and cable-entry
- mixer cooled by the surrounding fluid
- two mechanical seals working independently (or one external mechanical seal combined with
an internal lip seal) to guarantee perfect insulation between motor and hydraulic part
- shaft supported at both ends by ball bearings, lubricated or pregreased type
- two or three-blades propeller, anti-clogging type, and optimised hydraulic profiles.

The company can also provide complete supervision and assistance to the assembly and maintenance of the equipment, by assisting client's technical team to optimize their machines and achieve consistent performance over years, in order to have all the condition to attend quickly and effectively both in the replacement of worn parts and in the direct resolution of technical issues.
Antico Olindo and Cesare staff also have extensive experience in supplying complete documentation (Manufacturer Data Book, Inspection Book, Vendor Manual) in accordance with the standards and requirements of leading engineering and contractors companies, as well as providing the usual information and instructions for correct use of the machines, from preventive storage to definitive storage - even under special conditions - from assembly to startup.
Antico Olindo and Cesare can also arrange and organize, where required by the customer, seminars on their products and basic maintenance training at their own facility in Bareggio.
