4 OR 6 ELEMENTS STATIC MIXERS
The static mixers manufactured by ANTICO are simple to be used and installed.
Our high efficiency MX1 and MX2 static mixers are applied both in existing piping lines and in new ones.
The mixing system takes advantage of the stream's pressure which flows inside the pipeline, by means of the mixing elements placed inside the tubular portion which forms the static mixer body itself. These elements deviate radially the components' flow dividing it in more streams and creating a continuous intersection among themselves in order to finally obtain a well mixed unique product.
Since no wearing part is present in any of our static mixer, there are no maintenance or spare parts to be replaced; only a periodical cleaning is recommended.
The mixer is made by a tubular frame which contains the mixing element type that distinguishes mixer model (MX1 or MX2). Each element is featured by two perpendicular diaphragms.
The mixing performance is based on flow radial deviation. The elements MX1 and MX2 are so designed in order to minimize the pressure drop during the mixing phase, which mixing grade can be mathematically foreseen both for liquids and gases.
Mixing principle is the same for both mixing element type: the difference is the elements inclination which will be chosen according to pressure drop required.

Antico Olindo and Cesare staff also have extensive experience in supplying complete documentation (Manufacturer Data Book, Inspection Book, Vendor Manual) in accordance with the standards and requirements of leading engineering and contractors companies, as well as providing the usual information and instructions for correct use of the machines, from preventive storage to definitive storage - even under special conditions - from assembly to startup.
Antico Olindo and Cesare can also arrange and organize, where required by the customer, seminars on their products and basic maintenance training at their own facility in Bareggio.
