FIXED IN-LINE DYNAMIC STIRRERS
IN-LINE dynamic mixers are designed to deliver maximum process results with minimum room requirements. Their applications include pH control, neutralization, equalization, pigment addition, etc. both for chemical process industry and waste water treatment field.
The combination of two streams either the inlet and/or dilution of additives can be carried out before the products are introduced into the basin. The pre-blend carried out in the "pipe" process allows the installation of smaller power and more compact mixers with lower costs compared to batch typical mixers.
This mixer has easily accessible maintenance points and therefore is preferred by personnel.
IN-LINE mixers are available in a variety of pipe sizes and are sized to match different process flows.
According to service type - blending or flash mixing - dynamic IN-LINE mixers work with speed reducer or directly coupled to drive.
These mixers can manage very high flows at low head loss while providing high intensity agitation to ensure complete dispersion of coagulants into the water or blending.
Impeller type and speed will be selected by our engineers according to the service required and to the products to be treated

Antico Olindo and Cesare staff also have extensive experience in supplying complete documentation (Manufacturer Data Book, Inspection Book, Vendor Manual) in accordance with the standards and requirements of leading engineering and contractors companies, as well as providing the usual information and instructions for correct use of the machines, from preventive storage to definitive storage - even under special conditions - from assembly to startup.
Antico Olindo and Cesare can also arrange and organize, where required by the customer, seminars on their products and basic maintenance training at their own facility in Bareggio.
