FIXED EMULSIFIERS EXTERNAL SUPPORT TYPE
Fixed type emulsifiers with cast iron external support and mounting flange conform to UNI std, for installation in open, semi-closed and closed tanks, by means of a counter-flange.
They are recommended to reach a perfect blending of two or more products which are not easy to be mixed together, thanks to the emulsifying/homogenizing action carried out by the turbine which draws the products (in taken by the holes on stator disks) sideways through the stator cage producing intimate sub-division and perfect mixture of the products. (subdivision extent depends on stator cage shape and on type of spaces).
The EFE emulsifiers are usually applied in the fields of food industry (sauces and creams), pharmaceutical and cosmetic (emulsions and creams) and in dye industry.
