DYUBANIX TURBO - VACUUM MIXER WITH HIGH SPEED TURBINE "COWLES" TYPE AND SCRAPING ANCHOR
These blenders are the optimum equipment for pharmaceutical and cosmetics industries, specifically designed for the production of ointments, creams, tooth pastes, detergent milk, etc.; they are suitable in the chemical industry for the treatment of thixotropic products and in general for emulsions, dispersions and homogenizations.
The Dynamix Turbo unit is a metal works structure lined with stainless steel, with vessel made of stainless steel AISI 316 and jacket for product heating or cooling.
The stirring complex is made by a two-speed planetary working stirrer with Teflon-end scraping blades and a high speed vertical disperser, inclined and off-centred.
The reactor cover is equipped with connections for liquid and powder inlet by suction and product discharge valve.
The outfit instrumentation is: thermometer, vacuum gauge, sight glass, lighting inside the vessel and service melting vessels with thermostat.
The hydraulic group is equipped with switchboard panel for cover lifting and vessel overturning.
The low-voltage control switchboard is equipped with safety devices.
Polished internal parts and glazed external parts.
