VACUUM PLANETARY MIXER WITH TURBINE, HYDRAULIC/ELECTRIC VERSION
These blenders are the optimum equipment for pharmaceutical and cosmetics industries; designed for the production of ointments, creams, tooth pastes, detergent milk, they are suitable for the chemical industry as well, in the treatment of tHIxotropic products and in general for emulsions, dispersions and homogenizations.
The Dynamix Planet unit is a metal works structure lined with stainless steel, with vessel made of stainless steel AISI 316 and jacket for product heating or cooling.
The agitator is a two-speed planetary stirrer with Teflon-end scraping blades with a two-speeds turbine installed on the bottom head.
The reactor cover is equipped with connections for liquid and powders inlet (by suction) and product discharge valve.
Outfit instrumentation: thermometer, vacuum gauge, sight glass, lighting inside the vessel and service melting vessels with thermostat.
Hydraulic group is equipped with switchboard panel for cover lifting and vessel overturning. The electric feeding is three-phase type.
Low-voltage control switchboard is equipped with safety devices.
Finishes: polishing for internal parts and glazing for external parts.

Chemical and pharmaceuticalAntico Olindo and Cesare are able to supply, upon request, technical personnel specialized in the technical assistance and on-site supervision of the installation, commissioning and start-up phases of critical equipment.
The company can also provide complete supervision and assistance to the assembly and maintenance of the equipment, by assisting client's technical team to optimize their machines and achieve consistent performance over years, in order to have all the condition to attend quickly and effectively both in the replacement of worn parts and in the direct resolution of technical issues.
Antico Olindo and Cesare staff also have extensive experience in supplying complete documentation (Manufacturer Data Book, Inspection Book, Vendor Manual) in accordance with the standards and requirements of leading engineering and contractors companies, as well as providing the usual information and instructions for correct use of the machines, from preventive storage to definitive storage - even under special conditions - from assembly to startup.
Antico Olindo and Cesare can also arrange and organize, where required by the customer, seminars on their products and basic maintenance training at their own facility in Bareggio.
