LOW SPEED FIXED SURFACE AERATORS
Aerators specifically designed and manufactured to reach the best mixing performance of waste waters along with a high oxygen transfer. These equipment promote an excellent liquid circulation in aeration basins, assuring an intimate blending of the living organisms with the aerated liquid and a continuous water exchange: in fact the aerator produces a constant circular action, drawing up waste water from the farest areas of tank, influencing the whole basin.
The BIOXY GA aerators supply on average 2 Kg/O2 each kW/h consumed; this high efficiency value has been verified by Antico through the EMSCHER Oxygenation Test, for each impeller diameter, in the basin of Bareggio workshop. For turbines with diameters larger than 2362 mm, test has been performed in an external wider basin.
A high oxygen transfer is mainly reached thanks to the turbine, high performance and low spray formation type, whose shape has been studied and modified through test experience reaching the best shape design for the highest efficiencies. Water circulation speed reached by this turbine is 0,5 m/s.
The BIOXY GA aerator is equipped with: TEFC drive, IP55 protection, planetary gearbox with epicyclical gears, basic component of aerator which allows the transmission of high torque and is quite suitable to bear the highest axial and radial loads with an AGMA F.S. = 2 min., solid shaft with fixed joint and turbine.
The installation of these kind of aerators is enivisaged on steel or concrete walkways and bridges.
On request :
Antico Olindo and Cesare are able to supply, upon request, technical personnel specialized in the technical assistance and on-site supervision of the installation, commissioning and start-up phases of critical equipment.
The company can also provide complete supervision and assistance to the assembly and maintenance of the equipment, by assisting client's technical team to optimize their machines and achieve consistent performance over years, in order to have all the condition to attend quickly and effectively both in the replacement of worn parts and in the direct resolution of technical issues.
Antico Olindo and Cesare staff also have extensive experience in supplying complete documentation (Manufacturer Data Book, Inspection Book, Vendor Manual) in accordance with the standards and requirements of leading engineering and contractors companies, as well as providing the usual information and instructions for correct use of the machines, from preventive storage to definitive storage - even under special conditions - from assembly to startup.
Antico Olindo and Cesare can also arrange and organize, where required by the customer, seminars on their products and basic maintenance training at their own facility in Bareggio.
